Company Profile

Greetings

As a trading company specializing in ODA, we were established in 1990 by our founder, who was involved in the Official Development Assistance (ODA) project as an expert of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (now the Japan International Cooperation Agency and JICA). To date, we have been involved in international contributions in countries around the world for more than 30 years. We have three main businesses. The first is in the field of healthcare in ODA, and the second is in fields other than healthcare in ODA (disaster prevention, higher education, cultural support, airport-related, security-related, etc.). The third is an import and sales business that imports truly good products to Japan utilizing the pipeline with the world cultivated through ODA. We will continue to value these three core businesses and make further international contributions.

Sustainability

We support the Sustainable Development Goals.

Environment

Environment

We acquired a solar power plant in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture, in the same year as the adoption of the SDGs and have been making effective use of electricity to date. As part of our efforts to combat global warming, we are actively implementing the Cool Biz and Warm Biz programs, as well as striving to properly manage air-conditioner temperatures. We are also working to achieve paperless operations by promoting document scanning management. In addition, we are actively introducing remote work and online conferences in an effort to consider the environment.

Society

Society

The company operation runs smoothly as long as its employees stay fit. We constantly pay attention to the health of employees to prevent the outbreak of new coronavirus infections by implementing annual health checkups, promoting lifestyle improvements, conducting remote work, encouraging clean air settings in offices, installing alcohol sanitizers, and using clinical thermometers. We consistently strive to maintain a clean working environment by cleaning the entire office once a week. When recruiting employees, we select employees based on criteria that consider diversity without discrimination in terms of gender, nationality, or other factors.

Governance

Governance

We implement strict security measures against data leakage and hacking to earn the trust of government-related organizations, procurement agencies, and business partners. We also provide education and guidance on information management for employees as needed and strive to achieve appropriate information management. We respect the positions of all stakeholders, including government-related organizations, procurement agencies, business partners, and employees. Our code of conduct is to maintain our corporate character as a trusted company and to build good relationships with all stakeholders while remaining in compliance with all laws and regulations.
